Climate-friendly delivery is used whenever possible, and tracked shipping is applied when needed to protect your artwork.

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, as each order has a 14-day processing time before shipping. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with any seals fully intact. If the seal is broken, the return will not be accepted.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
