All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracked shipping is used where appropriate to ensure safe delivery.

Climate-conscious shipping methods are prioritized whenever possible.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction in the refund may apply.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
