Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and any protective seals must be fully intact.

Custom-made items and sale items are non-returnable.

Original artworks are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact hello@selmaisfeld.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost unless the return is due to damage or error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect the order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@selmaisfeld.com immediately so the issue can be resolved.

If the return is due to damage or error, return shipping costs will be covered.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

• Original artworks
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and seals intact. Returns with broken seals will not be approved.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. If a different item is desired, return the eligible product and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with any protective seals fully intact. Proof of purchase is required.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or error.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, notification will be sent regarding approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. For delays exceeding 15 business days after refund approval, contact hello@selmaisfeld.com.
