Orders are shipped from Norway to the following regions:

• European Union (EU)
• Worldwide

Estimated Delivery Times
• Norway: 2–5 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days
• Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

All orders are shipped via Posten Norge using reliable and climate-conscious shipping methods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and format.

• Norway: from 149 NOK
• EU: from 399 NOK
• Worldwide: from 499 NOK

All shipping fees shown at checkout include handling and packaging. No additional shipping charges will be added after purchase.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Norway, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing times and related delays are outside of the seller’s control.

Delivery & Risk
Orders are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the shipping provider.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact must be made within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Packaging
All orders are packaged with care using recyclable, plastic-free materials designed to ensure both protection and sustainability.

• A2 prints are rolled and shipped in durable cardboard tubes, protected with acid-free white tissue paper to prevent surface damage.
• A3 and A4 prints are shipped flat in rigid, recyclable packaging designed to prevent bending and wear.

Additional protective materials include:

• Acid-free, FSC®-certified tissue paper
• Recycled cardboard backings
• RESY-compliant mailing boxes made from at least 70% recycled material and fully recyclable within European systems

All packaging materials are selected for their eco-friendly properties and sourced from certified and responsible suppliers. Packaging is kept minimal and fully plastic-free.
